It has always been somewhat of an edict issued from the god of good manners to NEVER blow your horn at someone, especially on this side of the Potomac. I went years w never blowing my horn at another driver. I remember actually getting out of the car and walking up to the driver, tapping on the window and asking them politely not to be a dumbass, in an effort not to break this rule. Yet, I find myself breaking this rule w increasing frequency. I might need to get a DNA test or check my birth certificate……
