Whether you realize it or not, we are living in the midst of political upheavel that will define our history for perhaps centuries to come. There is no question that massive voter fraud and criminality occured in the 2020 election, in effect stealing the election from Donald Trump. If you don’t know this or don’t believe this, you are simply uninformed.

Cicero Addresses the Senate

The question is what is to be done about it? It used to be settled law that the Supreme Court did not weigh into political matters. However, over my lifetime, an activist Court has waded into political waters to the extent where the public expects the Court to have omnipotent Solomonistic powers to conclusively decide any dispute. It was never suppossed to be this way. Clearly, the Supreme Court does not want to touch this issue, not because it (finally) wishes to exercise judicial self-restraint, but because it has become overtly political and does not want to “take the heat.”

The Electors Clause of the Constitution along with the 12 Amendment provides solutions as to how the controversy may be resolved. Please note the word “may” in the preceding sentence. Whatever happens on January 6th will be disputed. A political solution  could be a very messy solution, physical violence and spilt  blood could well be in the offering. Those who doubt me are more than likely unaware of my record of being 100% right about everything.

2,000 plus years after the Catilarian crisis in 63 BC, historians are still debating the attempted coup by Catiline. Some think Cicero, in order to bolster his political fortunes puffed up the charges and evidence. However, the evidence of this attempted coup is already available and those interested in the preservation of the commonweal should act with courage, knowing that the judgment of history will reward them for doing so. Ignoring such matters for political  self-preservation will have long lasting repercussions that will quickly erode our Republic.

19 years after the scene depicted above, Rome was in a bloody civil war and the Republic soon ended. Just sayin.
