The Administration Has the Right to Treat the Hot Air Class as Corrupt

“To consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions is a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy.”
– Thomas Jefferson in a letter to Abigail Adams, 1804.

I’ve never believed the January 6 protest was an “insurrection,” but when prosecutors and judges engage in lawfare for overt political purposes, that is an insurrection. When the public loses all respect for the judiciary, society can become ungovernable. In their wild and frankly unhinged hatred of President Trump, members of the federal judiciary are engaging in a dangerous game of overreach—substituting their political preferences for the rule of law.

Unchecked power leads to despotism, and it warrants a much-needed smackdown. There’s a reason Alexander Hamilton wrote this in Federalist Paper No. 78: “The judiciary has no influence over either the sword or the purse.” He knew that unbridled judicial power could one day force future presidents to tell the courts to F-off. And if the executive branch ignores them, there’s nothing the judiciary can do. For the judiciary’s authority to be respected, it needs legitimacy, which can only be achieved through sober thinking and restraint.

The idea that just one out of 673 federal district judges can enjoin presidential policy decisions to enforce personal politics is gross overreach. There have been over 170 lawsuits filed against the Trump administration’s every move—almost all in carefully selected forums in front of left-wing radical judges. There’s even evidence some of these judges are subverting federal court rules to ensure certain cases land in their laps. Pure and simple—this is sabotage.

I watched the “Summer of Love” unfold in 2020—paid protesters shipped into cities like Richmond to riot, loot, and burn. Pallets of bricks dropped off like Amazon packages. Craigslist ads paying activists to show up and cause chaos, complete with instructions for blinding police and dodging arrest. When prosecutors and judges allow a horde of Visigoths to destroy cities and go unpunished because they sympathize with their politics, they forfeit all legitimacy.

I feel for kids radicalized by woke madness. But the prosecutors and judges enabling it? They’re not just biased—they’re complicit in the violence. They see themselves as counterrevolutionaries. Their loyalty isn’t to the Constitution or the rule of law—it’s to their ideology, their class, their perks, and their power. The same judges sabotaging the Trump administration are the same dark-hearted partisans who sentence 70-year-old ladies to jail for peacefully praying in the Capitol. There’s a radical meanness to their actions that reveals the pernicious lengths their hatred will likely lead them.

These judges are the Judas Iscariots of our republic—except they’re not giving the silver back. They’ve betrayed the law and destroyed citizen trust. They pocket their salaries, their pensions, their taxpayer-funded junkets, and book deals. They live large while pretending to be neutral arbiters of the law.

Want to curry favor with a leftist federal judge? Make sure billions in federal dollars flow to a liberal university. That school will then hire their spouse, daughter, or sister into a cushy nonprofit gig. Everyone gets paid. Everyone plays ball.

Judge Boasberg—yes, the one pushing to jail Trump—has a wife who runs an abortion clinic funded by USAID and Soros-linked NGOs. His daughter works for an NGO that receives over 75% of its budget from federal grants. His sister runs a nonprofit tied to federal “grant-making.” This isn’t justice—it’s a racket.

And when Trump moves to slash government waste, it’s not just political—it’s personal. Boasberg’s entire social circle feasts at the federal trough. Pig Sooie! No wonder he fights back.

These judges aren’t just motivated by money—they’ve got egos to feed. They want to be Christine Blasey Ford rock stars to the Neo-Marxist Resistance. Beyond adoration, they want speaking fees, book deals, MSNBC interviews, and cushy jobs for their families.

In my last RCM article, I introduced the reader to the “hot air class.” This is the class that grifts off massive federal spending through pseudo-jobs that produce nothing but noise. No consumer willingly pays for what they offer. But when the gravy train is threatened, the “hot air class” rallies. Everybody hates them—so where do they run for protection? Unelected, left-leaning judges! Judges on the federal dole—for life! Their chief concern is keeping taxpayer money flowing—by any means necessary.

There’s power and prestige in protecting the hot air class. After all, they’re the beneficiaries of $2 trillion in corrupt federal spending. Having such a group kiss your ring? That’s a powerful aphrodisiac.

If Congress subpoenaed these judges’ communications, I believe they’d find a nationwide conspiracy to undermine the executive branch—potentially punishable under 18 U.S.C. § 2383. Call it what it is: a coordinated coup.

So, what exactly are they protecting?

The flow of money to their friends and families—and their source of their power: the hot air class.

Millions of non-citizens are receiving Social Security and Medicaid. The judges say, “Don’t look—everything is fine!” Federal offices sit empty while workers collect bonuses. Been on a plane or stayed at a nice hotel lately and thought, “Where do these low-life cretins come from?” Federal agencies hand out travel vouchers like water. They fly first class and stay in luxury hotels—on your dime. Hear no evil, see no evil!

Meanwhile, climate panic is the biggest con of all. Biden’s so-called “Inflation Reduction Act” funneled $369 billion into green grift—with no accountability. Nothing’s been built. No results. Just cash, disappearing into the void.

Same with Ukraine aid. Same with DEI money. Same with the $290 billion CHIPS Act. And what happened to the $7.5 billion to build 500,000 EV charging stations? Does anyone even know how many federal contracts are issued each year, and to whom, and for what? Before Elon, the klepto-mafia hot air class made sure government payment and coding systems couldn’t even track recipients of trillions in federal spending. Gee, I wonder why!

Ever wonder how the Left funds its vast advocacy machine? It launders your tax dollars through universities, nonprofits, coded and non-coded federal spending, and NGOs. Harvard’s getting $9 billion from the federal government. Columbia gave Anthony Fauci a $50,000 “award.” UVA paid Liz Cheney $100,000 for two hours of virtue signaling. NPR gets funding. Last year, 4,200 left-leaning media outlets received government money. The hot air class takes care of its own.

This is organized crime—except the mafia has better accounting.

The Swamp pays its players well. Even Republicans stay quiet because they get their cut. The hot air class produces nothing, sells nothing, and solves nothing. It exists solely to protect its own power and punish anyone who challenges it. Isn’t this what the Sanhedrin did in 33 AD? It’s an old story, just with new players. And like the Sanhedrin, anyone speaking “truth to power” must be crucified. These radical judges are the landed gentry of the hot air class—and you, the productive citizen, are the bourgeois rabble they abhor.

They’re not just corrupt—they are judicial terrorists staging a coup. The administration has the right to treat them as such.
