I’m Like a Modern-Day Nostradamus…

Did y’all read my article last week? Donald Trump’s Endgame Is Not What You Think. My media company is named the ROB IS RIGHT network for a reason. You might think it’s a glamorous job being me—always absolutely right, so much so that I can use my incredible powers of reason and logic to predict the future—but at times, it can be quite taxing. You see, everybody wants a piece of me, yearning for answers. Who will win March Madness? When will Jesus come? Should I buy shares of NVIDIA? Do I look fat in this dress?

As I predicted in my article published last Monday, Donald Trump’s tariff endgame is to eliminate the IRS and the income tax. Then, on Tuesday, U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick went on CBS News and stated:

“Damn, that Rob Smith is smart. Somehow, he figured out what President Trump’s ultimate game plan is with his tariff policy. I read his article on RealClearMarkets, and that boy nailed it. I hear he’s never been wrong about anything.”

Then, referring to President Trump, he said:

“I know what his goal is: No tax for anybody who makes less than $150,000 a year. That’s his goal. That’s what I’m working for.”

I told you so.

Here is my next incredible feat of prophecy:

Donald Trump will pull an Andrew Jackson and openly defy federal court orders. We have been living under a constitutional crisis for decades. The Framers intended the federal judiciary to be the weakest branch of government. As Hamilton wrote in Federalist Paper No. 78, it has “neither force nor will, but merely judgment.” Slowly, over the past few decades, activist judges have usurped the powers of the legislative and executive branches, making law by judicial fiat. These activist judges decide who they want to win a case and then, using the art of sophistry, construct a legal pretense to support their predetermined “commie” outcome. Honest judges follow the law to its logical conclusion, no matter the political result.

The foot soldiers of the Left currently tearing up Tesla dealerships are certainly unhinged, hate-filled lunatics, but those at the top of the left-wing pyramid are brilliant tacticians—true nihilists whose sole goal is to tear down the traditional pillars of Western society. That’s why they champion murderous villains (Venezuelan gangs), burning cities to the ground (see: Summer of Love 2020), mutilating children, the destruction of the nuclear family, and nearly every other demonic public policy imaginable. The wizards behind the red curtain know their destructive wishes won’t come to fruition through the legislative and electoral will of the people. So, to great effect, they have concentrated on hijacking the judiciary with radical judges who have no constitutional conscience.

Anglo-American common law is beautiful music, born out of pure logic and reason, with absolutely no politicization of content. The U.S. Constitution is the most brilliant political document ever created. The judicial branches are meant to be comprised of honest, morally upright men of self-control, who put their allegiance to the law above their personal passions and politics. In allegorical terms, their reverence for the law should be as fervent as a minister or priest’s allegiance to the principles of the Bible. To veer away from the law is blasphemous. To witness it is to tear one’s tunic in lamentation.

But our “fallen” (this is a purposeful use of a polysemous

word) academic institutions have now produced at least two generations indoctrinated to hate—not revere—the very foundation of American prosperity and happiness: the rule of law. These graduates have infiltrated the judiciary like cockroaches infesting a 1910 Lower East Side tenement building.

The Unchecked Power of the Judiciary

Article II of the Constitution vests all executive power in the President, who has, among other authorities, control over the military, the administration of federal agencies, foreign policy, and immigration. Recently, a plethora of radical left-wing federal district court judges have been substituting their personal opinions for the governing authority of the duly elected President.

One judge ordered the executive branch to spend $2 billion. Another ruled that the President couldn’t deport Venezuelan gang members and even ordered the Commander in Chief to turn around planes carrying these murderous thugs out of the country. Several others have dictated whom the President can hire and fire within the executive branch. This cannot stand.

D.C. District Judge Ana Reyes “went off” like a Roman candle, telling our decorated hero, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, how to run the military. Blowing her unhinged top over the Department of Defense’s policy that there are only two genders, she declared that stating only two genders exist is “not biologically correct.” She belongs in an insane asylum, not on the federal bench.

The notion that a district court judge can impose a nationwide injunction on presidential action simply because she disagrees with the policy is nothing more than judicial tyranny—not much different from a revolutionary junta sending soldiers into the Old Executive Office Building and pointing guns at policymakers, dictating how to run the country.

Using reductio ad absurdum, if a district judge issued an order stating that everyone in the executive branch must dye their hair purple like Democratic Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro, 100% of public opinion would agree that such an order did not have to be obeyed and that the judge should be removed from office. Having a nitwit judge dictate military affairs is far more egregious and dangerous than a silly purple hair demand.

The Corruption of the Judiciary

What makes these district court dictates even more appalling is that these judges are commercially tied to the workings of the Swamp, where they receive their government paycheck and where money is secretly laundered through the byzantine labyrinth of government secrecy, finding its way back into their pockets and those of their family and friends. They are the very class most threatened by a drastic reduction in the size of government.

We have now reached the apex of this 70-year constitutional crisis. Activist judges need to be removed, fined, and publicly humiliated.

What Can Be Done?

The President can enlist Congress to:

  • Limit the jurisdiction of activist judges
  • Defund them and do away with their offices
  • Impeach them, as Article III of the Constitution states that judges only hold their offices “during good Behaviour”

The Supreme Court can step in and rein in lawless judges. However, these tactics take time, and the President would have to rely on castrated eunuchs who lack the testicular fortitude to do what must be done to rid the country of its Louis XVI-style corruption.

The President takes an oath to the Constitution and is well within his rights to simply ignore the Court—just as Andrew Jackson did in Worcester v. Georgia (1832), when Old Hickory said, “John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it.”

The Ultimate Power Play

My favorite options lie in 18 U.S.C. § 2384 and 18 U.S.C. § 2381—the treason statutes. When activist judges purposefully undermine the duly executed functions of the executive branch and/or give comfort to its enemies for political purposes, this arguably constitutes treason.

The Department of Justice can arrest these judges and charge them accordingly. This would be the ultimate power play. By arresting just a few judges, the Supreme Court and Congress would quickly get the message and finally step up to do their constitutional duty—reining in the judiciary and restoring it to the role the Framers intended.

Donald Trump has the balls to take this kind of action—and in the process, he just might save the Republic.
