Our boys routed the Damn Yankees at Chancellorsville. Stonewall Jackson, perhaps our most gifted general had run around the Blue Bellies flank and sent them across the Rappahannock running like scolded dogs. It was turning dark and we were still chasing the heathens as they were running. Stonewall was in the chase. What do the North Carolina soldiers do? THEY SHOOT OUR GENERAL!!!
